We are looking for a professional and compassionate Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, assist patients with inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient outreach
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records as needed
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and treatment options
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
- Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
