Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team at Origis Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and running an organization of solar technicians responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and installing equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar utility power plant operations, maintenance, high voltage switching, and corrective maintenance/repairs. They will also have experience with troubleshooting and maintaining Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and understanding SCADA and plant performance data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site safety and accident prevention programs, as well as running the site training program. They will also be responsible for ensuring continuing education to meet safety and plant requirements.
