We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills including data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office management setting.
