We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Natural Stone Inside Sales Consultant to further grow our brand in the luxury materials market. In this role, you'll leverage your sales consulting expertise to craft tailored solutions for discerning high-end residential homeowners through our client partners in landscape, interior and exterior design, stone craftsmen, as well as custom home builders. You'll thrive by building lasting partnerships, identifying emerging opportunities, and delivering exceptional custom solutions that transform spaces into works of art.

Essential Job Functions:
Sales Excellence
- Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell natural stone products/services using expert knowledge and consultative techniques to both existing and prospective clients.
- Proactive Outreach: Generate leads through cold calling, onsite visits, and marketing-driven initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and departments to align strategies and maximize results.
- Process Improvement: Propose actionable recommendations to refine sales processes, tools, and strategies for enhanced performance.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to close deals effectively.
- Industry Expertise: To maintain a competitive edge, stay informed on product innovations, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Accuracy: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all client communications, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.
Workflow and Process Optimization
- Workflow Oversight: Manage customer support tasks, including pricing, quotations, order entry, and order communication, with precision.
- Process Consistency: Establish and maintain efficient workflows to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Integration: Share insights and ideas to improve sales-related processes and contribute to organizational growth.
Customer-Centric Support
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
- Service Standards: Follow established customer support protocols to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Feedback Utilization: Record, analyze, and share customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic goals.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, stone, or another related field.
