We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the finance industry. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, data entry, and proficiency in accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities :
- Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
- Ensure efficient and precise data entry duties are performed
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including invoice processing and account reconciliation
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
- Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Utilize skills in Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
- Assist in billing tasks and ensure the accuracy of all invoices. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Requirement / skills :
Location : Remote
Expected hours : 20- 40 hours weekly
Job type : Full time, Part-time, Contract.
Pay : $35 - $50 an hour.
