Oriol Health Care is seeking an Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Pay Scale: $58,240 – 64,0000 Annually
Education: Bachelors’ Degree and/or specialized training and/or knowledge
Essential Functions:
Accounting:
- Responsible for daily deposits & Bank transactions
- Input journal entries
- Extract AP files from Paymerang to PCC
- Vendor Set up in PCC & Paymerang
- Prepare any Agency credit memos
- Review Department Purchase Tracking Forms
- Monthly Accruals
- Close A/P monthly
- Review Vendor Statements
- Handle Vendor inquiries
- Purchase tracking forms
- Monthly Depreciation
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly reports
- Send out monthly department manager’s reports
- Quarterly HUD reporting
- Quarterly payroll audits
- PCC Audit semi-annual
- Yearly Audit
- Yearly Censuses
- Yearly Cost reports.
- Yearly Workers Comp Audit.
Payroll (Back Up):
- Able to process a complete weekly payroll
- Able to Transmit 401K
- Make sure W-2’s go out timely
- Help with PBJ reporting
- Quarterly 401k audit
Accounts Payable (Back Up):
- Process invoices
- Pay invoices
- Send out 1099’s
Skills:
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Knowledge of current payroll software and Point Click Care
- UKG Payroll Software
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and self-task
