Commercial Office Cleaner - Part Time

Job Overview
Hello! Small local cleaning company here seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at our commercial-medical office clients. This position will not include residential cleaning. This role requires an attention to detail, a strong standard of reliability, and a dedicated work ethic. All work will be completed after offices close (around 5pm) and must be done before they open the following morning.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks including garbage removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow through with weekly focuses that point to specific tasks that don't need done everyday.
• Engage in commercial cleaning duties for offices and public spaces, ensuring a hygienic environment for employees and visitors.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs required in the cleaning areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member when necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
