Position: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting our programs, services, and mission while connecting with schools, educators, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and the organization's website.
- Create compelling content, including newsletters, press releases, graphics, and videos.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events and workshops.
- Analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, Canva, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to take a concept from inception to completion.
- Experience in video creation and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Kansas education systems is a plus.

Work Schedule This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday. Some travel.
