Construction Lead III

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Lead III who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on, field-based work environment. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing brownfield upstream well site construction projects and retrofits . The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in engineering design reviews, and the ability to manage construction crews while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of brownfield roustabout construction crews.
• Manage construction projects, including design reviews, site walk-downs, material selection, cost tracking, and project close-out.
• Supervise contractor work to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement improved construction practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Support corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize operations.
