Job Description
The Golf Course Superintendent is entrusted with all facets of the maintenance, operations and agronomic management of the golf courses as well as common grounds. The Superintendent will be expected to professionally and carefully manage the maintenance inputs to the golf course while conserving and protecting natural resources. The Superintendent will report directly to the GM.
Candidate Qualifications
- Current Superintendent with minimum 3 years experience in the position
- Adept at successfully managing bermudagrass/bentgrass on golf courses
- Strong agronomic background and proven track record managing a golf courseoperation
- Strong sense of attention to detail and course conditioning
- Adept at sound irrigation management and practices
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- An earnest willingness to work as a team with all department heads
- Leadership qualities that equate into a cohesive, well-trained staff
- Spanish language skills helpful
- Ability to possesses a Texas State Pesticide Certification
- 2–4-year degree/certification preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
