The Role :
The Project Manager has a high level of accountability that often includes multiple projects that may span across or impact multiple functions. These projects may roll up to one or more larger programs and often include multiple IT Delivery team resources where the Project Manager will often be required to manage, communicate, and coordinate with team members and business partners at various levels of leadership and experience or skill level.
What you will be doing :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead IT projects utilizing industry standards, and best practices, following processes outlined by the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Serve as a liaison between the business, technology, and delivery organization
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborating with Technology, Business and Operations teams to establish project goals, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop, analyze, and meticulously manage project plans, schedules, status reporting, and resource forecasts.
- Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
- Ensures overall governance and reporting of the assigned projects' updates to all stakeholders.
- Risk Management : Collaborating, identifying, and tracking all dependencies and risks (technical and non-technical) and exploring mitigation strategies aligned with the delivery plan. Escalating where necessary, providing all information required for senior management to make prioritization decisions. Responsible for the end-to-end process.
- Infrastructure / Environment : Ensuring necessary infrastructure and environments are sourced, set up, and made available to support various iterations of testing.
- Ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately as per the process.
