Quality Assurance Analyst

Role And Responsibilities

• Engage with both software engineers as well as program managers to understand project features, review technical designs, and implement automated test tools that help deliver quality features with efficiency
• Create, update and execute Test scripts / Cases / Scenarios for functional, integration, system, API and Performance testing.
• Identify and report defects in Azure DevOps or other tools as needed.
• Provide reports, metrics, on defects, quality and testing progress. Provide analysis and documentation of test results.
• Work with business and development teams to understand requirements. Oversee creation of manuals and Automated Test Scripts and execution of same. Develop Traceability Matrix to relate cases to Requirements.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience in SQL queries with DB testing knowledge.
• Experience hands-on with developing, testing, performance tuning of large-scale systems built with C#, .NET, Javascript frameworks, SQL Server, scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and more
• Experience with Selenium, JMeter, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) or any other automation is a plus
• Experience with agile engineering practices and tooling including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) , utilizing technologies such as Azure DevOps, Team City, Octopus, GitHub Actions is required
