UX Designer
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas and journey maps.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with the Director of User Experience and other team members to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative design environment.
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications, user flows, and style guides, to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of user-centered design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
- 6 years of experience in user experience design, preferably in a digital product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience.
- Experience working with financial software products.
- Experience with AI technology.
- 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
