Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately document customer concerns
- Work with 3rd party billers on a daily basis
- Schedule appointments and manage the repair process
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the repair processes
- Experience with Protractor software is not mandatory but preferred
- Computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
