Our client is a respected small litigation firm with offices in Cherry Hill, NJ. They specialize in commercial litigation, consumer collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation and Chapter 7 trustee representation, landlord-tenant disputes, and business litigation. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individual real estate investors.

Job Description

Handle commercial litigation and consumer collection litigation cases from start to finish, including trial when necessary.
Manage a high-volume practice with efficiency and attention to detail.
Travel to courthouses throughout PA and NJ as needed.
Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery processes.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and provide legal counseling.

Qualifications

1 years of experience in commercial and consumer collection litigation preferred.

Bankruptcy litigation experience is highly desirable.

Licensed to practice in PA OR NJ is required.

Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage a heavy caseload.
