Job Description
- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the case process.
- Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather necessary documentation.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and appointments.
- Draft correspondence and legal documents as directed by attorneys.
