Job Description:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
- Develop and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) as necessary.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and prepare detailed scope outlines.

- Maintain clear and professional communication through emails and reports.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial construction, preferably in the Santa Barbara area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on-site daily and engage in hands-on project management.
