Job Description
- Provide general attorney support
- Draft legal entities, including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations
- Assist with both basic and complex trust drafting
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents
- Draft deeds for transferring real property
- Organize and manage client asset information
- Communicate effectively with clients and other professional advisors
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of corporate & estate planning experience
- 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required)
- 4-year degree preferred (not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Clio is a plus
