Job Description
- Handle a full caseload of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents
- Provide guidance to clients on tax implications and estate transfer strategies
- Represent clients in probate court and related legal proceedings
- Work collaboratively with internal staff and paralegals to ensure seamless service
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all matters
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
