Salary Range: $150k up to $200k annually, plus bonuses, incentives, and referral fees.

Job Description
- Represent personal injury clients to ensure they receive the highest level of care and case outcomes
- Conduct client meetings, demonstrate empathy, and build trust and confidence
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and with insurance companies regarding claims and settlements
- Evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation through trial as first chair
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing in one of the above listed states
- 4 years of litigation experience, with relevant first-chair trial experience
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
