About Our Client
Our client is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been injured due to negligence. They are expanding their team and seeking a motivated Litigation Paralegal to support their attorneys in handling a variety of personal injury cases.
Job Description
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception to resolution.
- Conduct initial client interviews and schedule formal intakes.
- Review and summarize medical records and bills.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain case calendars.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters.
- Research and collect evidence for pre-suit investigations.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Prepare and file court documents.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
