Job Description
- Lead and manage water resources engineering projects, including storm drain improvement systems, flood mitigation, and stream restoration.
- Oversee project design, from initial analysis to construction, ensuring compliance with municipal and environmental regulations.
- Develop project plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Train and mentor engineers and technical staff to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Coordinate with CAD teams to produce accurate design drawings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare technical content for proposals and project pursuits.
- Work with finance teams on fee proposals, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Communicate project results through reports, presentations, and client meetings.
- Travel occasionally between Austin and San Antonio for project coordination.
