Job Description
- Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects, ensuring successful design and implementation.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Design and develop water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas water and wastewater standards.
- Supervise engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct project meetings, manage QA / QC processes, and collaborate with CAD and marketing teams.
- Support business development efforts, including preparing technical proposals and fee estimates.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and project site visits within the region.
