Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership for the water and wastewater engineering division, driving growth and innovation.
- Serve as the senior technical authority for water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pump stations, and pipeline projects.
- Oversee multiple municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop strong relationships with municipalities, agencies, and public sector clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality work.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and expand market presence.
