Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition – Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent aligned with our mission and values.
- Organizational Development – Design and drive initiatives that foster high performance, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
- Culture & Engagement – Work with the CEO and others to understand and embrace the everyday values, beliefs and behaviors that are at the root of our high engagement culture.
- Performance Management – Refine performance review processes to ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
- Employee Relations & Development – Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on career growth, conflict resolution, and development opportunities.
- HR Operations & Compliance – Work with the senior team to ensure that's guidelines, compensation structures, and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with employment laws, and aligned with company objectives.
- Workforce Planning & Change Management – Support the organization in adapting to rapid growth, evolving business needs, and market shifts.
- 10 years of HR experience, ideally in a company with a progressive high trust culture
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- HR Expertise: Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Strategic Thinker & Doer: Ability to balance high-level HR strategy with hands-on execution.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and provide innovative HR solutions that support business growth.
