Orion Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Investment Reporting Analyst for a small family office. This role involves tracking investment assets, producing asset allocation reports, and using Addepar to manage and analyze investment data across various asset types.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Addepar platform to meet the evolving needs of the family office.
- Track and analyze investment assets, including traditional investments, hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments.
- Produce monthly and quarterly investment reports by reconciling and analyzing financial data and calculating performance.
- Prepare and distribute accurate asset allocation reports.
- Support index reporting efficiency with data input and monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Provide insights on investment performance and recommend areas for improvement or reallocation.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes and assist with ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Addepar, preferably in a wealth management or family office setting.
- Proficiency in Addepar, data management, financial reporting, and system configuration.
- Experience working with a variety of investment types, including traditional investments, hedge funds, private equity, and alternatives.
- Strong analytical skills to reconcile and analyze complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in reporting and performance calculations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
