- Full responsibility for Salt Lake City territory.
- Ensure compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations, with strong expertise in HOS.
- Participate in the interview and hiring process for all applicable staff.
- Responsible for the on boarding of new owner operator drivers.
- Oversee training programs for owner operators, office staff and other employees.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with intermodal and IMC’s.
- Class A driver dispatching experience in a terminal.
- Track record of success in owner-operator environment.
- Domestic drayage experience required and international could be helpful.
- Computer proficient.
- Punctual, dependable, and great communicator.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Driver following and customer relationships are always a plus!
