Lead Superintendent – Construction (Multifamily)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of multifamily residential projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of multifamily construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing delays or cost overruns proactively.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years in construction supervision, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and other relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Software: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
