Title : Data Center Technician III (Day Shift)
Location : Chicago, IL
Shift : Dayshift; 6AM - 230PM
Compensation : $37 / hr-$39 / hr. 10% Annual Bonus and $7500 on-boarding equity (RSU's that verst over 3 years).

Position Description :
As the Facilities and Data Center Technician III, you must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the facilities and data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure.
You will develop creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies. Duties include :
- Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC / CRAH units, and humidification systems.
- Electrical responsibilities will include electrical / critical power distribution from the Utility / Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load.
- Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices.
- Telecommunications responsibilities will include cross connect installations, cabling infrastructure management, advanced remote hands support, and customer cage and cabinet build outs.
