Compensation : $100k - $125k( ) 10% annual bonus

Position Description :
The Department Manager will be responsible for making a positive impact leading the Peanut Butter operations area of their Memphis facility to ensure optimal production of their famous products. Leverage your leadership skills to coach and inspire your team to achieve key metrics and create a positive working environment with a focus on safety and quality. They will be responsible for developing and delivering a department master plan and manage the daily results of daily work. They will develop capability and leadership characteristics of the area leaders and operations process engineers. The Department Manager will coordinate activities to increase operations excellence methodologies throughout the plant to improve metrics.
Requirements :
Candidates for this role should have a four-year degree and five or more years of experience an operational role leading large groups of individuals. Strong background in driving both personnel and processes. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent opportunity for a Senior Enlisted or Junior Military Officer with experience leading individuals at a company level.
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
