Position Details :
- Title : Field Service Technician
- Location : Candidates local to the Atlanta, GA or within an hour of a major airport
- Compensation : $80-90K OT & Bonus (up to 6%); Most 1st year Techs make $110-120k
- Benefits : 401K, low-cost health insurance, company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, high end tool kit, and more
- Shift / Travel : Travel up to 985% of the time based on customer requirements. Travel will be at a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks at a customer facility with ability to return home on weekends.
Position Description :
As a Field Service Engineer you will perform installation, start-up, commissioning and test of company Equipment supplied to customers sites. FSE will perform technical assistance during and after warranty periods, carry out training and other sales services of equipment on site. FSEs will also need to develop a good understanding of the customer's needs to provide objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction.
