The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Company's state-of-the-art medical instruments. This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to client sites for hands-on troubleshooting and system optimization.
Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of Company Instruments' advanced medical devices.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic and nuclear-based systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on equipment operation.
Document service visits, including maintenance logs and issue resolution reports.
Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols while working in laboratory and clinical environments.
Requirements :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or a related field preferred.
Military experience in combat arms, logistics, or nuclear fields is highly valued.
2 years of experience in electronics, instrumentation, or field service work (medical device experience is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing travel schedules.
Comfortable with 75% travel, including overnight stays as needed.
