Inside Sales Actuation
As a member of the Inside Sales Actuation team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing expert guidance on products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will maintain an active sales presence with potential new clients and will work with the inside sales team to ensure all aspects of the sale are handled correctly.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Promote and sell a wide range of actuation products and services, including valves, actuators, and related automation solutions.
Follow up on all sales leads, close, and manage all customer contracts.
Provide technical assistance to customers, including explaining product features, benefits, and application options in a clear and understandable manner.
Manage all contract terms, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep contracts current and accurate.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting progress to the Sales Manager.
Customer Service to include maintain consistency and accuracy of orders, adhere to timeliness of quotations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Track all customer contracts, ensures each contract is handled professionally, and meets or exceeds contract end dates.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate is a Military Veteran with strong knowledge of automation products and service offerings.
Additional Requirements Include :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skilled at simplifying and communicating the differences between products, services, and pricing.
Proficient in articulating the benefits and features of various product, service, and pricing options in a straightforward way.
Capable of explaining changes in product, service, and pricing options over time (including price adjustments) in a clear and accessible manner.
