Manufacturing Engineer
Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve operational excellence. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. This position has a big responsibility and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Education and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline plus 3-5 years of experience supporting manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
