Description Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for an Operations Management Leadership Development Program position with a family-owned and operated company that has been at the forefront of the petroleum industry for over 60 years. Position Details : Operations Management Leadership Development Program Location : Flexibility required; program will likely begin in either Memphis, TN or Lubbock, TX Full relocation assistance is provided Shift : Typically, M-F, 8-hour shifts. Compensation : $79-$81k, salary increases upon promotion (typically after 1 year) Bonuses / Additional Compensation - Profit Sharing and incentive annual bonus opportunities (typically up to 10%). Travel : 10% (occasional overnights) Vaccine Requirement : No Position Description : Join a unique Leadership Development Program designed specifically for engineers to create a specific career growth and promotion track for you within the organization. The program is typically about 18-24 months in length, during which you will receive hands-on training and experience in plant operations, staffing / scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance / integrity / capital planning. After completing your training, you'll be relocated to another Company site located throughout the United States, where you'll take on a Facility Management position.
