💰 Compensation: $160K – $165K annually up to 25% management incentive bonus
📢 Travel: ~10% for training, conferences, etc.
About the Role
We seek an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and workforce engagement. This role is critical in maintaining a LEAN culture, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in sheet metal manufacturing within a build-to-order environment and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency.
✔ Implement LEAN Manufacturing principles to improve processes and reduce waste.
✔ Manage workforce planning, training, and development to maximize performance.
✔ Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and safety compliance.
✔ Develop and manage budgets, capital expenses, and operational forecasts.
✔ Collaborate with leadership and other plant managers to share best practices.
✔ Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental health & safety standards.
✔ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources and production output.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
✅ Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or similar build-to-order environments.
✅ Expertise in LEAN Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS).
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
