What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Marketing Specialist position at Orion Talent?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Recruitment Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development of marketing strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with their recruitment goals and brand identity.
- Client Collaboration and Brand Evaluation: Work with client leadership to help assess current recruitment processes and provide support in identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the employer brand.
- Content Creation & Campaign Support: Contribute to the creation of engaging content (social media posts, blogs, emails) that promotes the client’s employer brand and attracts talent.
- Channel Management: Assist in managing recruitment channels such as social media, job boards, email campaigns, and client websites to boost engagement and visibility.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions to improve future strategies.
- Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to support fresh and innovative marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Creative: Ability to brainstorm and develop innovative content and campaigns that attract top talent.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other recruitment marketing software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track, analyze, and report on data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Use hands/fingers for fine manipulation/typing
