Job Summary:
Our inside sales team drives Orion Wholesale to find new customers, retain current customers, and plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our wholesale division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the firearms industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Identify and pursue new wholesale clients within the firearms industry.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
· Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Stay up to date on the latest firearms products, industry regulations, and market trends
· Inside sales – Minimum of sixty outbound calls a day to dealers
· Office environment
· Oversee and coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Attend weekly sales meetings
Qualifications:
· Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
