Join our Team as a Document Automation Specialist and play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our insurance operations and leverage technology to streamline our document-related processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and develop standardized document templates for various business processes (e.g., insurance policies, claims, contracts).
- Ensure templates are easily adaptable to different project needs while maintaining consistency.
- Use a low-code platform to map data from the system to document templates.
- Complete User Acceptance Testing to ensure documents are performing as expected, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Ensure all automated document workflows comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
- Track and record all automated document modifications and revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand document automation needs and improve processes.
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of their functions. Experience with low-code development is a plus.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Skilled at working effectively within a team-focused environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
