Job Summary
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Department. This pivotal role will support our financial planning and analysis functions, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
Role and Responsibilities
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the competencies necessary to fulfill the essential functions outlined below :
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets across various departments and projects.
- Prepare comprehensive budget reports and forecasts to aid in financial planning.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary information and provide financial insights.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support informed business decisions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Offer recommendations for optimizing financial performance and resource allocation.
- Maintain and update budget databases and financial models.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Physical Demands
The role requires regular office duties, including sitting, standing, and walking. Employees must be able to communicate effectively, lift light objects (up to 25 lbs), and use standard office equipment. Occasional bending, twisting, or reaching may be necessary to access files or office supplies.
