Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions. The successful candidate will create high-quality, innovative software that adheres to coding standards and technical design. Responsibilities will include software development, code writing, and documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following competencies and perform essential duties satisfactorily:
- Execute the full lifecycle of software development
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Produce specifications and evaluate operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Tailor and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering required
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a software engineer or developer
- Hands-on experience in designing interactive applications
- Technical proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Razor Syntax, and JavaScript using the MVC framework
- Excellent understanding of Relational and SQL Server Databases
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework
- Familiarity with test-driven development
- Knowledge of software engineering tools
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Understanding of software development methodologies and release processes
Physical Demands
While performing general office duties, employees are regularly required to sit, stand, and walk around (including the use of stairs).
