WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop & Innovate: Spearhead the development of initial products, rate levels, and factor selections to support new state expansion efforts.
- Lead & Deliver: Provide strategic leadership in the successful delivery of new state launches, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.
- Manage & Prioritize: Confidently juggle multiple projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are consistently met.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to review market strategies and assist in communicating product positioning, benefits, and target customers.
- Document & Train: Work closely with CX, Marketing, and Sales teams to create comprehensive product documentation and deliver impactful training sessions.
- Monitor & Optimize: Analyze post-launch performance to ensure new products align with expectations and overall business goals.
- Stay Competitive: Ensure products maintain optimal price margins, adhere to specifications, and are competitive within the market.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience: At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance experience and 3 or more years in business analysis or product management roles.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across teams.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to leverage tools effectively.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop strategies based on research, data, and industry trends.
