Job Summary
The Product Manager will drive the success of assigned states, focusing on analyzing state trends, rate adequacy, and claims performance. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Claims, Technology, Customer Experience, and Sales, to ensure our products thrive. The Portfolio Manager will also monitor market competition to help Orion180 maintain its competitive edge in quality and performance.
Role and Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, candidates must effectively execute the following responsibilities :
- Manage overall product performance in assigned states.
- Identify market needs to ensure product alignment and performance.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously at various completion stages.
- Motivate and drive project teams toward success.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Physical Demands
