While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around, including the use of stairs. Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or squat down to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We’re looking for a people person—someone who’s organized, approachable, and ready to be the face of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, so professionalism and friendliness are key.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and sincere manner.
- Notify appropriate staff of visitors and escort guests as needed.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner; take and distribute messages as needed.
- Track all supply inventory.
- Manage the front desk by receiving, distributing, and organizing mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and functional.
- Support the team with overflow work, including copying/scanning documents, data entry, and research tasks.
- Pitch in with anything else that helps the office run smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven 3-to-5-year track record for one company, preferably in client/customer service
- A natural communicator with a warm, welcoming presence
- Superior people skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable with phones, email, and scheduling systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, upbeat attitude and an extraordinary level of client services
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
