As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator at ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD. , you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to facilitate effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Job Posting and Advertising :
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online databases, social media, and networking events.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job qualifications.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating necessary paperwork, training schedules, and orientation sessions.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate diversity.
Help promote the Orionyx culture and values through various channels, including social media and job postings.
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and regulations, including equal opportunity and affirmative action guidelines.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment : This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You will collaborate with team members through digital platforms and may need to attend virtual meetings.
Job Types : Full-time
Pay : From $32.50 - $37.50 per hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday (8 hours daily)
Expected hours : 40 per week
