This is a remote role strictly for candidates within the United States.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our engineering firm. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements that enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering :
Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to identify and document business needs and requirements.
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Analyze data trends, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Develop test cases and assist in conducting UAT to validate that solutions meet business needs before implementation.
Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
