Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Sales Representative to join us in our efforts to make San Antonio, Texas more sustainable. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving business growth through developing and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial clients in the solar energy industry.

You will represent our company's solar services, engage with potential customers, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and prospects through various marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the solar energy industry, including solar installation companies, solar contractors, and solar system owners.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our solar services.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the solar or roofing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to solar energy.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
