What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Infrastructure Engineer position at Orizon?
Design, configure, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
Oversee systems administration tasks, including server deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
Lead support initiatives, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for network, system, and desktop operations.
Serve as the technical lead on IT projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Perform regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements.
Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to infrastructure and processes.
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex network, system, and desktop issues.
Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure with business strategy and objectives.
