As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be a successful member of our administrative team. You will use teamwork along with self-management to build relationships with our customers through a customer-focused lens and be a key point of contact for both current and potential customers.

You will…

• Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer’s concern and evaluate their needs
• Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers, while building trust and handling objections within a conversational call flow
• Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
• Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received and regarding outstanding customer account balances

As a Call Center Sales Representative at Connecticut Pest Elimination, you must possess the following skills/requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Must be 18 years or older to apply 
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• At least 2 years of proven customer service experience

 Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
