We are seeking talented SEASONAL WEB SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers.

At Orkin, our purpose is to help protect the world where we live, work and play. We have a FAST PACED, fully remote National Customer Contact Center with dedicated inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams. We are hiring for classes that will began in February 2024 with subsequent classes through the summer.

In this role, you will provide World Class Customer Service and Phone Sales to our customers.

Orkin’s ABCs of a successful Seasonal Web Sales Representative are:

• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
• Close pest control sales obtained via the web and schedule the initial service

You will…

• Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs high speed internet connection. We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role
• Support our field's peak season that starts building around February
• Perform dial out activity on warm leads generated via the Orkin website
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance

What’s required

• High School/GED
• 1 – 2 years sales experience; direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen

Work from home requirements

• Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
• A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
• Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs high speed internet connection, with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem

What you’ll need

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
